"Make A Difference"

Gifts to the Annual Fund make a difference in the lives of our students!! Gifts given to Bishop Fenwick High School between July 1 to June 30 are recognized annually in our “honor roll of donors”. All gifts to Bishop Fenwick are important. You can designate where your donation goes:

• Falcon Excellence Fund – supports priority needs. Such as Faculty & Staff development, maintenance and capital improvements, and servicing our debt. There is $1,700 GAP between what we charge for tuition and the actual cost. Gifts to the Excellence Fund help us bridge the gap in an effort to keep Fenwick affordable for our families! Debt management continues to be a priority as well. Over the past 7 years, Bishop Fenwick has done an excellent job of servicing our debt.

• Guardian Angel Fund – Direct tuition assistance. Provides financial assistance to those with the greatest need. This fund was started in 2007 by Principal Cathie Herr Mulligan ’58.Since then we have given out $121,969 in tuition assistance! The need is greater than ever, the number of families requesting assistance continues to grow.
  
  
• Gold Fund – Formerly Gold Club. Gifts will enhance, advance, and support our current athletic programs, now and in the future.

• Performing Arts Fund – supports current performing art programs.

The Annual Fund Drive is a tax-deductible opportunity for alumni, parents, faculty, staff, friends and corporations to support our students and the mission of Fenwick. The fiscal year runs July 1st through June 30th.

Ways to Give

Cash – The most common method of making a gift to the Annual Fund is cash or check. If you prefer to send a check for your donation, please make it payable to “Bishop Fenwick High School,” write “Annual Fund” in the memo line and send it to:

Credit Cards – In conjunction with Paypal, Fenwick can accept credit card gifts electronically and securely.  To make a gift today, click Donate.

Stocks – Making gifts of stock or appreciated securities has become a very popular method that also can provide tax benefits to the donor. These gifts can be made by Direct Transfer (DTC) or stock certificates can be transferred to Fenwick. A written confirmation of the value and the date of the gift will be sent for tax purposes.

Matching Gift – Many companies offer a matching gifts program to support their employees’ philanthropy.  This is a great way to double or even triple your gift. Check with your company to see if this benefit is offered.

Planned Gifts – The Bishop Fenwick Legacy Society was recently established to recognize individuals who have generously made a planned gift to benefit Bishop Fenwick High School.  There are a myriad of options when making a planned gift. For more information, click Donate.
